Crobat is big thingie, but I can't help but wonder if it would have to struggle even a little bit if carrying a grown man... 
Never mention other bitty flying things that can have Fly.
I've found a new favourite from the batty family, it was worth the time and money babying golbat into crobat.
It's amusing how the pokeyman walks there after the trainer and does (sometimes) cute stuff when talked to. You know. :>

Well, crobat has four, really fricking powerful, wings. I'd imaging it would carry you using it's itsy-bitsy feet, rather than on it's back. Even still, it would be strange for it to carry someone larger (such as a person who might be 6 ft, and 175 lbs [i'm shorter, and weight less]) for a long period of time. Also, and this is a shocker...Crobat is bigger than Charizard...by 4 inches. Don't believe me? look it up!

So, arguably, crobat would have an easier time carrying it's trainer than charizard.
